1. Operator and service

3Gifts is operated by Francesco Nota, contactable at info@3gifts.it. It is a free informational service that helps identify gift ideas based on your answers. Automated suggestions are not professional advice, a guarantee that a gift will be liked, or a promise of availability.

2. The role of 3Gifts

3Gifts does not sell the products, collect payment, or handle orders, shipping, returns, or support. It is not a party to your contract with an external seller. The selected marketplace or seller provides the sales terms, warranties, and consumer rights information.

3. Prices, availability, and information

Prices, reviews, specifications, availability, and delivery estimates can change without notice. Displayed amounts may be estimates. Check the final price, fees, delivery, specifications, and applicable conditions with the seller before buying.

The catalog currently targets Italy and prices are in euros (EUR), including on English pages. English is a language option, not a US catalog or a guarantee of US shipping. Confirm destination eligibility, item language, taxes, import costs, currency conversion, and delivery with the seller.

4. Suggestions and external links

Amazon Creators API searches use qualified keywords, then select products by relevance, budget, constraints, and variety. Reviews are not currently used for ranking. Some Amazon links are affiliate links and may earn 3Gifts a commission at no additional cost to the buyer. Commissions do not affect the selection or ranking. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

5. Appropriate use

Use the service for lawful, personal purposes. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, systematically extract the catalog, or reuse text, graphics, or selections in violation of applicable rights. The service is not intended for children under 13.

6. Continuity and liability

The service may be changed, suspended, or updated. To the extent permitted by law, 3Gifts is not responsible for sellers’ decisions, external website outages, or information changed after publication. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction and other non-waivable consumer protections remain applicable. Purchase-related disputes should be addressed to the seller or marketplace with which you contracted.
